The team is committed to building strong employer–candidate relationships and supporting sustainable workforce growth.Role Description The RN – DHA role is a full-time, on-site nursing (Split Shift) position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The nurse will provide patient-centered clinical care in accordance with Dubai Health Authority (DHA) regulations, including assessing patient conditions, administering medications and treatments, and monitoring responses. Daily responsibilities include documenting patient histories, preparing and updating care plans, coordinating with physicians and other healthcare professionals, and ensuring adherence to safety and infection control standards. The role also involves educating patients and families, supporting discharge planning, and participating in quality improvement initiatives within the facility. The RN is expected to maintain professional ethics, uphold confidentiality, and contribute to a collaborative and respectful clinical environment.QualificationsValid DHA nursing license or eligibility, with a recognized nursing qualification (Bachelor’s in Nursing or equivalent) and current professional registration.Demonstrated clinical skills in patient assessment, medication administration, wound care, and basic life support; advanced life support certification is an advantage.Experience in hospital or clinical settings, preferably in Dubai or the wider GCC region, with familiarity in local healthcare regulations and standards.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively in a multicultural team and provide clear patient and family education.Proficiency in maintaining accurate medical documentation, using electronic health records, and following evidence-based nursing protocols.Ability to manage time and workload effectively, adapt to changing clinical priorities, and remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations.Commitment to continuous professional development, with openness to training, skills enhancement, and participation in quality and safety initiatives.Fluency in English required; knowledge of Hindi or other languages commonly spoken in the UAE is an asset.Salary - 3500 AED
