Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of our skilled nursing unit, including staff supervision, patient care coordination, and quality improvement initiativesCollaborate with the Medical Director and other department leaders to develop and implement unit goals and objectivesEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements, such as HIPAA and Joint Commission standardsDevelop and maintain relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless transitions and optimal outcomesParticipate in quality improvement initiatives and performance improvement projects to enhance patient satisfaction and clinical outcomesProvide professional guidance and mentorship to nursing staff, including orientation and training programsFoster a positive work environment by promoting open communication, respect, and teamwork among staff members

Requirements
