Location: Wardha/PuneRole SummaryLead R&M operations to ensure efficient facility management, cost control, process compliance, and high customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities & KPIsR&M Operations & ComplianceEnsure adherence to R&M processes and performance metrics; maintain audit score ≥ 85%Ticket Resolution (TAT)Ensure timely closure of maintenance requests within SLAInventory ManagementMaintain optimal inventory levels while minimizing wastage and costsCost ControlManage R&M cost per bed within budgetCustomer SatisfactionMaintain CSAT ≥ 4 through prompt and effective issue resolutionStakeholder ManagementCoordinate with tenants, vendors, and internal teams for smooth operationsTeam Training & RetentionTrain team members, drive performance, and ensure high engagement/retentionEligibility & SkillsBachelor’s in Facilities Management / Business or related fieldExperience in facilities/R&M operations preferredStrong knowledge of maintenance processes, inventory & cost controlGood stakeholder management & communication skillsLeadership and team handling capabilityAnalytical and problem-solving mindsetSkills: inventory & pricing controls,repair & maintenance,cost control,facility managerment
