Our inventory includes various types of boom lifts, scissor lifts, vertical mast lifts, telehandlers, forklifts, utility vehicles, push arounds and material handlers.The Road Service Technician is responsible for performing on-site diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on equipment. This position ensures that equipment is operating safely and efficiently by responding to field service calls and providing timely, high-quality service directly at customer locations.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and repair equipment at customer locations or job sites.Perform routine maintenance and inspections on rental fleet equipment to ensure optimal operation and safety.Communicate effectively with dispatch, service managers, and customers regarding job status, repair needs, and estimated timelines.Maintain accurate service records and documentation for all work performed.Ensure all repairs are completed in compliance with company standards and safety regulations.Operate service vehicles and manage tools, parts inventory, and supplies needed for field repairs.Provide exceptional customer service and represent the company professionally on-site.Respond to emergency service calls as needed, including after-hours or weekends when required.QualificationsProven experience as a field technician or mechanic working with equipment.Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic diagnostic and repair skills.Valid driver’s license.Ability to read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals.Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills.Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.High school diploma or GEDLocation: RP Rents WisconsinW339 S2218 County Road COconomowoc, Wisconsin 53066Wage$30-$45 an hourBenefitsMedical, Vision, Dental & Life Insurance401k w/ company matchPaid Personal daysPaid VacationBonus Plan
