Location: Dubai, UAEEmployment Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Roadshow Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute property and investment roadshows across key markets.

The role will manage the full roadshow process, from market planning and venue coordination to client engagement and post-event follow-up.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and manage roadshows, exhibitions, investor events, and property presentations.Coordinate venues, hotels, travel, logistics, branding, and event requirements.Develop roadshow schedules and coordinate with sales and marketing teams.Manage relationships with event partners, brokers, agencies, and local representatives.Support the sales team in generating qualified leads and client appointments.Coordinate presentations, property showcases, and promotional materials.Track attendance, leads, appointments, and sales generated from each roadshow.Prepare post-event reports and recommendations.Travel internationally as required for roadshows and events.Ensure all events are delivered professionally and in line with company standards.Requirements3+ years of experience in roadshows, events, exhibitions, property sales, or business development.Strong project management and organizational skills.Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.Experience coordinating events across different markets is preferred.Strong understanding of the real estate or investment sector is an advantage.Willingness to travel internationally.Professional presentation and client-facing skills.Strong English communication skills.Key SkillsRoadshow Management | Event Management | Real Estate | Business Development | Sales Coordination | Lead Generation | Client Relations | International Travel | Vendor Management | Project CoordinationSalary: Competitive and based on experience.
