We’re looking for a Junior Production Roaster to join our team in Bali.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Roaster or Assistant RoasterBasic knowledge and hands-on skills in coffee roastingBasic skills in coffee cupping and espresso calibration; comfortable tasting coffee dailyBasic technical skills in machine cleaning, maintenance, and troubleshootingAble to stay calm under pressure, follow SOPs and instructions, and work well in a teamPhysically fit and able to work in a production environmentWilling to maintain high cleanliness standards and wear required PPEMale, 23–35 years oldEnglish proficiency is a plusBased in Bali
