Robotic Surgical First Assistant - LSA, CSFA or RNFA

A Surgical First Assistant group is seeking an LSA/CSFA or RNFA within the Dallas-Fort Worth area, for a dedicated robotic surgery team covering general surgery, OB/GYN and urology. Monday to Friday, 30 to 35 hours, no call and no weekends. $110,000 to $130,000 base plus quarterly bonuses.The roleProvide first-assist support during robotic surgery cases in general surgery, OB/GYN and urology, working directly with the surgeon and the OR teamEstablished surgical services organization with a consistent case mix and a stable weekly scheduleFirst assistants here move into management roles over time, so there is upward mobility within the group and growth opportunity if desiredScheduleMonday through FridayTypically 30 to 35 hours per weekNo call, no weekends, no holidaysCompensation and benefitsGuaranteed base salary of $110,000 - $130,000, paid annually and based on experienceQuarterly bonus opportunity of approximately $2,000Health insurance, 401(k) with company match, PTO, and malpractice coverageRelocation stipend offered as well as sign on bonus1099 PRN / part-time arrangements are also considered.What we are looking forActive LSA (Licensed Surgical Assistant) or current CSFA (Certified Surgical First Assistant) credential with eligibility to license in TexasRNFA (Registered Nurse First Assistant) candidates: active Texas RN license, or a multistate compact license.Robotic surgery first-assist experience, ideally da Vinci and laparoscopicExperience across general surgery, OB/GYN or urology casesComfortable as the first assistant working alongside the operating surgeonSurgical first assistants across the Dallas-Fort Worth area, including Dallas, Plano, Frisco, Irving, Arlington, Fort Worth, Garland, McKinney, Denton, Richardson and Grapevine, are encouraged to apply.
