The company continues to innovate low-cost robotics platforms to expand access to quality STEM education across the country.Role Description The Robotic Trainer will deliver hands-on robotics and programming instruction to students through classroom sessions, workshops, and lab-based activities in Noida. This full-time, on-site role involves demonstrating robotic systems, guiding learners through assembling robots, explaining programming interfaces, and supervising practical exercises in robot operation. The trainer will prepare lesson plans, maintain training equipment and robotic kits, and ensure safe and effective use of tools and systems. Responsibilities also include troubleshooting basic hardware and software issues during sessions, providing feedback to learners, and contributing to the continuous improvement of training content and methodologies. The role may involve collaborating with other trainers and technical staff to support events, competitions, and outreach programs.Qualifications Strong foundation in robotics and robot operation, with practical experience working with educational or industrial robots.Ability to perform and explain robotic welding concepts and applications, where relevant to training modules.Skills in troubleshooting robotic systems, including diagnosing basic mechanical, electrical, and software issues.Experience with preventive maintenance of robots, ensuring equipment reliability and safety for classroom use.Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Robotics, Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.Prior experience in teaching, training, or mentoring in a technical or STEM-focused environment is highly beneficial.Clear communication skills, patience, and the ability to explain complex concepts in an age-appropriate, engaging manner.Comfort working on-site in Noida, with readiness to manage multiple batches, workshops, and practical sessions.Basic knowledge of programming (e.g., visual programming tools, C/C++ or Python) and understanding of safety practices in labs and workshops.
