This position oversees the planning, implementation, and evaluation of robotics programs and gifted education initiatives across the school. Daily responsibilities include designing and coordinating specialized curricula, supporting teachers in lesson planning, and organizing robotics clubs, competitions, and enrichment activities for gifted learners. The supervisor collaborates with school leadership to align programs with educational standards, monitors student progress, and provides guidance and training to staff on best practices in gifted and STEM education. The role also involves communicating with families, preparing reports, and ensuring that all activities contribute to a safe, inclusive, and motivating learning environment.Qualifications Demonstrated skills in Educational Management and leadership within school or program settings.Strong abilities in Lesson Planning and classroom organization for robotics and gifted education.Excellent Communication skills for coordinating with students, families, and multidisciplinary staff.Background in Education and Curriculum Development, particularly in STEM and enrichment programs.Experience with robotics platforms, coding, or STEM labs is highly beneficial.Bachelor’s degree in Education, Educational Technology, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.Proven experience working with gifted students and differentiated instruction strategies.Ability to work collaboratively, manage multiple projects, and adapt to a dynamic school environment.
