If you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and want to work on impactful automation projects from concept to commissioning, this is your opportunity.What You’ll Be DoingProject Design & DevelopmentPartner with Sales, Applications Engineers, and customers to design smart automation solutionsCreate robotic concepts, simulations, and proof-of-conceptsDevelop bills of materials, system configurations, and technical documentationCollaborate with Mechanical, Electrical, and Controls teams on integrated system designRobotic Programming & SimulationBuild and simulate robotic systems using Fanuc RoboGuideProgram robots for pick & place, packing, palletizing, and material handlingWork with vision systems, sensors, and robotic toolingDevelop and test software for system functionality and performanceSystem Integration & ExecutionSupport system build, debug, and in-house testingAssist with integration across complex automation systemsInstallation & Customer SupportTravel to customer sites (20–25%) for installation, commissioning, and troubleshootingTrain customers on system operation and maintenancePerform preventative and corrective maintenanceWhat You BringEssential Skills & ExperienceBachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Engineering or related field5+ years in robotics, automation, or system integrationStrong experience with:Fanuc robotics programming (HandlingTool, PalletTool, iRPickTool, iRVision)Robot simulation (RoboGuide)Vision systems & sensorsPneumatics and material handling systemsProven ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimise complex systemsStrong communication and collaboration skillsAbility to manage deadlines and deliver resultsNice to HaveStaubli robotics experiencePLC programming (especially Rockwell Safety PLCs)HMI developmentElectrical design or AutoCAD schematic experienceServo/motor control knowledgeRisk assessment experience for robotic systemsWho You AreYou’re someone who:Thinks creatively and thrives on solving complex challengesCan visualise solutions from concept through to realityWorks well both independently and as part of a teamCommunicates effectively with both technical teams and customersStays calm and effective under pressureWhat We OfferComprehensive Health, Dental & Vision Insurance401(k) with company matchPaid Time Off (vacation, holidays, sick leave)Life InsuranceA collaborative, innovation-driven workplaceOur Core ValuesAt BCA (part of Mpac Group), we live by:Integrity | Drive | Collaboration | Expertise | Innovation
