Apply & track with Apply EdgeRobot arms that run laboratory workflows. Mobile manipulators that palletise.Gantries that clean ceilings. One platform underneath all of it.ABOUT NEURAL FOUNDRYNeural Foundry builds a unified robotics platform — a single control layer forindustrial arms, mobile robots and custom instrument hardware. It runsautonomous laboratory workstations, palletisation and mobile manipulation, inspection and cleaning systems, all deployed at customer sites today.ABOUT THE ROLEYou'll own robotics systems end-to-end — device integrations, motion andmanipulation, and the Isaac Sim digital twin they're validated in. Hands-onwith the hardware, and directly with the customers using it.Full-time in our Hyderabad office. You'll work 12 PM–9 PM IST to overlap withour UK team, so you're collaborating with them live rather than over email. Some travel to customer sites.WHAT YOU'LL DOOwn device integrations end-to-end — reverse-engineer the vendor protocol, define the command set, write the firmware, validate on real hardwareBuild and maintain ROS 2 nodes for manipulators, grippers, cameras and mobile basesRoot-cause the hard failures — positional drift, intermittent serial dropouts, a gripper that misbehaves only after hours of runningBuild and validate robot behaviours in our Isaac Sim digital twin before they run on real equipmentAdvise on hardware selection and feasibility for new customer deploymentsWHAT YOU MUST HAVE3+ years hands-on in robotics, embedded, or automation engineeringStrong Python; comfortable writing C/C++Production ROS experience (ROS 1 or 2) — nodes that ran somewhere other than your laptopReal depth in one of embedded firmware, motion planning, or simulation — and able to work across the other twoYou've shipped something that ran in the field, and root-caused what broke afterwardsAI-native working style — you use coding agents and LLMs across your work: reading vendor datasheets, analysing failure traces, drafting test plans and documentationNICE TO HAVEMoveIt · ros2_control · Isaac Sim, USD, PhysX · ESP32 / ESP-IDF · MQTT and IoT device architectures · Nav2 and mobile robots · experience in regulated or validated environments · Docker and CI
