The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in robotics, programming, control systems, and mechanical/electrical integration.Roles and ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, integrate, and test robotic systems and automation solutions.Program and configure robotic systems using Python, C++, or similar programming languages.Develop and test robotic algorithms for motion planning, navigation, and control.Work with sensors, actuators, motors, controllers, and robotic hardware.Perform robot simulation, testing, troubleshooting, and debugging.Integrate robotics systems with cameras, LiDAR, PLCs, and other industrial equipment.Assist with ROS/ROS2-based robotics development and system integration.Analyze system performance and identify opportunities for optimization.Support calibration, maintenance, and validation of robotic equipment.Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, software, and controls engineering teams.Prepare technical documentation, test reports, and system specifications.Follow engineering standards and safety procedures during development and testing.Participate in prototype development and proof-of-concept projects.Required SkillsBachelor's or Master's degree in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, or a related field.0–3 years of experience in robotics, automation, or related engineering.Programming knowledge in Python and/or C++.Understanding of robotics fundamentals, sensors, actuators, and control systems.Familiarity with ROS/ROS2 and robotic simulation tools is beneficial.Basic knowledge of computer vision, motion planning, and autonomous systems.Experience with Git and software development practices.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.Email your updated resume to: shivakumar@maximatek.com
