Currently our client Semiconductor Industrial Automation company is looking for a Robotics Software Engineer.【Location】San Jose, CA【Positions】 Sr. Robotics Software Engineer【Compensation】$140-180k (DOE)【Hiring Style】Direct hiring, Full-timeJob Description:Role Overview:Focuses on developing, evaluating, and implementing high-tech software solutions for cleanroom semiconductor robots used in global microchip fabrication.Software Development & R&D:Design, develop, test, and debug cleanroom robot applications while driving forward R&D using the latest technology and best practices.Technical Leadership & Mentorship:Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers while managing multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously.Cross-Functional & Client Collaboration:Work with multidisciplinary internal teams and consult directly with external customers to build software specifications and solutions.Process Improvement:Continuously refine robot software applications and development workflows.Qualifications:Role:Developing Python/C++ software for semiconductor cleanroom robots, driving R&D, mentoring junior engineers, and managing motion control solutions with clients.Requirements:Bachelor’s in Engineering,5+ yearsof mechatronics experience, strong Python/C++ skills, and clear technical communication.Preferred:Master’s in Robotics/Mechatronics and motion control experience in automation.Job Type: Full-timePay: $140,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
