This full-time role includes designing and updating training modules, demonstrating robot programming and operation, and guiding participants through safe setup, calibration, and use of robotic equipment. The Robotics Trainer will conduct practical sessions on troubleshooting and preventive maintenance, assess learner performance, and provide feedback to help them achieve competency. The role also involves maintaining training equipment, documenting training activities, and collaborating with engineering and production teams to ensure training content aligns with actual shop-floor requirements and safety standards.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Robotics and Robot operation, including programming, configuration, and safe handling of industrial robotic systems.Candidates should possess practical expertise in Robotic Welding, including process setup, parameter optimization, and quality inspection of welds.Candidates should possess troubleshooting skills for robotic systems, with the ability to diagnose issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.Candidates should possess knowledge of Preventive Maintenance practices for robots and related equipment, including routine checks, servicing, and documentation.Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in industrial automation, familiarity with safety standards, and previous training or teaching experience.Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to explain technical concepts clearly, and a learner-focused approach are essential.A diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics engineering (or a related field), or equivalent practical experience with industrial robots, is preferred.Ability to work on-site in Agra, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt training content to different skill levels.
