ROLE - Security Awareness & Training Manager

Location: Dubai, UAEOpen Positions: MultipleArabic-speaking positionAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Security Awareness & Training Manager to manage cybersecurity awareness and training engagements across multiple Dubai-based entities.The role combines security awareness, client management, product demonstrations, onboarding, and customer success.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with Dubai entities and strong familiarity with the Dubai Electronic Security Center (DESC) Information Security Regulation (ISR).Key ResponsibilitiesManage and develop client portfolios across multiple Dubai entities.Lead cybersecurity awareness and training engagements for clients.Apply practical knowledge of DESC ISR requirements and client expectations.Conduct product demonstrations and explain platform capabilities to clients.Support clients through onboarding and ensure smooth adoption of the platform.Understand client requirements and coordinate internally to deliver the right solutions.Analyze customer feedback and usage data to improve the client experience.Act as the key point of contact between clients and internal teams.Handle and resolve customer requests, concerns, and complaints.Maintain strong client relationships and ensure ongoing engagement.Identify potential risks of customer drop-off and take proactive steps to improve retention.Track client requirements, actions, and outcomes to ensure successful delivery.Mandatory RequirementsPrevious professional experience in Dubai/UAE.Hands-on familiarity with DESC ISR is mandatory.Experience working with Dubai-based government, enterprise, or regulated entities is preferred.Strong understanding of cybersecurity awareness and training.Strong client-facing and communication skills.Experience conducting product/platform demonstrations.Ability to manage multiple clients and engagements simultaneously.Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.Language RequirementsPosition 1 – Arabic:Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.What We Are Looking ForSomeone who can understand the client, understand the security requirement, demonstrate the right solution, and drive the engagement from onboarding to successful adoption.This is a hands-on, client-facing role requiring strong ownership, communication, and knowledge of the Dubai cybersecurity environment.
