✈️ VACANCY – ROLLS-ROYCE ADOUR Mk871 ENGINE TECHNICIANWe are seeking an experienced Aviation / Aircraft Engine Technician with extensive hands-on experience specifically on the Rolls-Royce Adour Mk871 engine.🔧 Essential RequirementsMinimum 10 years of hands-on experience in Rolls-Royce Adour Mk871 engine maintenance, overhaul and testing.Proven practical experience in Adour Mk871 engine overhaul, including:Engine/module removal and installationDisassembly and assemblyDetailed inspection and dimensional checksComponent identification and defect assessmentRepair and replacement of serviceable/unserviceable componentsModule-level maintenanceEngine build-up and final assemblyEngine testing and performance evaluationFault finding and troubleshootingPost-overhaul inspection and rectificationGood knowledge of the Adour Mk871 modular engine configuration and systems.Ability to work in accordance with applicable Rolls-Royce technical publications, maintenance manuals, approved procedures and engineering instructions.Experience interpreting technical drawings, manuals, inspection requirements and overhaul documentation.Practical experience in engine test-cell operations and test-result analysis is highly desirable.Strong understanding of aviation safety, quality control, configuration control and airworthiness requirements.Ability to accurately document maintenance, inspection, overhaul and testing activities.Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills.Relevant aircraft engine maintenance qualifications, licenses or certifications are an advantage.⭐ Priority CandidatePriority will be given to candidates with recent and demonstrable hands-on experience specifically with the Rolls-Royce Adour Mk871 engine.Candidates whose experience is limited to other aircraft engines, without practical Adour Mk871 overhaul and testing experience, may not be suitable for this position.📩 ApplyIf you have the required Adour Mk871 engine overhaul and testing experience, please send your CV with details of:Years of Adour Mk871 experienceOrganizations/maintenance facilities where you gained this experienceScope of overhaul and maintenance performedEngine testing and test-cell experienceRelevant technical qualifications and certifications📩 Email: taegu.kim@gal.ae
