Royal Continental Hotel & Suites focuses on delivering welcoming service and comfortable accommodation, making it suitable for short city breaks as well as extended stays.Role Description The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and comfortable guest rooms and public areas in line with hotel standards. Day-to-day tasks include making beds, changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, dusting and vacuuming, replenishing amenities, and reporting maintenance issues. The role also involves checking rooms for overall readiness, restocking housekeeping carts, and ensuring guest requests are handled promptly and courteously. This is a full-time, on-site role based at Royal Continental Hotel & Suites in the United Arab Emirates, working as part of the housekeeping team to support a high-quality guest experience.Qualifications Experience in housekeeping or room attendant roles in hotels or similar hospitality settings.Knowledge of cleaning procedures, use of cleaning equipment, and safe handling of chemicals.Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to follow established standards and checklists.Good communication skills in English; additional language abilities are an advantage.Customer service mindset, professional appearance, and courteous behavior toward guests and colleagues.Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and pushing carts.Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by hotel operations.High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in the United Arab Emirates hospitality sector is a plus.
