The resort focuses on providing comfortable stays and memorable experiences for guests of all ages.Role Description The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining clean, orderly, and well-presented guest rooms and common areas at Coral Beach Resort Sharjah. This full-time, on-site role based in Sharjah includes daily tasks such as cleaning and sanitizing rooms and bathrooms, changing linens and towels, replenishing amenities, and ensuring all equipment and furniture are in good condition. The Room Attendant responds to guest requests, reports maintenance issues, and follows established housekeeping standards and safety procedures. The role requires attention to detail, courtesy in guest interactions, and consistent adherence to resort policies to support a high level of guest satisfaction.Qualifications Housekeeping and Clean Rooms skills to maintain high cleanliness and presentation standards in guest rooms and public areas.Laundry skills to handle washing, drying, and proper care of linens, towels, and staff uniforms.Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with guests and team members and respond to requests promptly.Ability to follow hygiene, safety, and resort operational procedures, including handling cleaning products and equipment responsibly.Previous experience in housekeeping or room attendant roles in hotels or resorts is preferred.Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift and move moderate loads, and manage a fast-paced work environment.Basic English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by resort operations.
