Team members have the opportunity to work in a vibrant hospitality environment that also offers a gym, swimming pool, and spa, creating a comfortable and dynamic workplace.Role Description The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining clean, comfortable, and well-presented guest rooms and corridors in accordance with hotel standards. Daily tasks include cleaning and sanitizing rooms and bathrooms, making beds, replenishing amenities and linens, and reporting any maintenance issues or safety hazards. The role also involves handling laundry-related tasks for room linens, ensuring proper storage of supplies, and maintaining housekeeping carts and closets in an organized manner. Room Attendants interact with guests in a professional and courteous manner, responding to requests and supporting a positive guest experience. This is a full-time, on-site role based at Gokulam Grand Hotel & Spa in Bengaluru.Qualifications Strong housekeeping skills, including the ability to clean rooms efficiently and maintain hygiene and safety standards.Experience with laundry operations, such as handling linens, towels, and guest clothing with care and attention to detail.Effective communication and customer service skills to interact professionally with guests and team members.Ability to work on one’s feet for extended periods, manage physical tasks such as lifting and carrying, and follow standard operating procedures.Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or a similar role is preferred; basic education and understanding of cleanliness and safety practices are beneficial.Reliability, flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays, and a commitment to teamwork and guest satisfaction.
