Designed in collaboration with LW Design Group LLC, the property offers 275 guestrooms and suites with a contemporary, lifestyle-focused atmosphere. The hotel features multiple food and beverage outlets, a pool, spa, and fitness center, along with versatile event spaces including meeting rooms and a flexible ballroom. Team members join a dynamic environment focused on delivering high-quality guest experiences in a luxury setting.Role Description The Room Attendant is a full-time, on-site role based at The Dubai EDITION in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role is responsible for cleaning and maintaining guestrooms and suites to brand standards, including making beds, replenishing amenities, dusting, vacuuming, and ensuring all areas are spotless and well-presented. Day-to-day tasks include restocking linens, managing laundry items such as towels and bedding, reporting maintenance issues, and following health, safety, and hygiene procedures. The Room Attendant interacts with guests in a professional and courteous manner, responds to requests promptly, and collaborates with the housekeeping team and other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. Attention to detail, time management, and adherence to hotel policies and security procedures are essential.Qualifications Strong housekeeping and clean room skills, with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in guestrooms and public areas.Experience handling laundry operations, including sorting, processing, and maintaining linen quality according to hotel guidelines.Effective communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests and team members from diverse backgrounds.Ability to follow hotel procedures, health and safety standards, and security protocols, with strong attention to detail and reliability.Previous experience as a Room Attendant or in a similar hospitality or housekeeping role is preferred.Ability to work on-site, stand and move for extended periods, and handle physical tasks such as lifting and carrying linens and supplies.Basic English language skills; additional languages are an advantage in serving an international guest profile.Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by hotel operations.
