Team members join a dynamic environment focused on memorable guest experiences and high-quality service.Role Description The Room Attendant is a full-time, on-site role based at Cragun’s Resort in Deerwood, MN. This position is responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, cabins, and common areas to resort standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing bathrooms, and replenishing amenities. Day-to-day tasks include handling laundry such as linens and towels, restocking supplies, reporting maintenance issues, and ensuring all spaces are safe, clean, and welcoming. Room Attendants interact with guests in a professional and courteous manner, responding to requests and assisting with any housekeeping-related needs. The role requires attention to detail, consistent adherence to safety and cleanliness protocols, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.Qualifications Housekeeping and Clean Rooms skills, with the ability to follow established cleaning procedures and maintain high standards of cleanliness.Laundry skills, including handling, sorting, and caring for linens and towels according to resort guidelines.Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with guests and team members.Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods, and to manage repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.Reliability in attendance and punctuality, with flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed.Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is beneficial but not required; on-the-job training will be provided.Commitment to safety, respect for diverse colleagues and guests, and adherence to resort policies and procedures.
