As a Room Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a comfortable and memorable stay by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in our guest rooms and public areas.Clean and prepare guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathroomsReplenish guest amenities, linens, and supplies in rooms and bathroomsMaintain cleanliness and organization of hallways, public areas, and back-of-house spacesReport any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the appropriate departmentRespond promptly and courteously to guest requests and inquiriesAdhere to all hotel policies, procedures, and safety standardsCollaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiencesMaintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages to supervisorsAssist with laundry duties as neededParticipate in regular training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new proceduresQualificationsPrevious housekeeping or room attendant experience in a hotel or resort settingStrong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standardsExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentStrong interpersonal and communication skillsCustomer-focused mindset with a friendly and professional demeanorAbility to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periodsFlexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidaysBasic English language proficiencyKnowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and safety protocolsAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamPassion for hospitality and creating positive guest experiencesHigh level of reliability and responsibilityProblem-solving skills and ability to handle guest concerns professionallyAdditional InformationYour Team and Working Environment:Join our warm and welcoming team as a Room Attendant, where attention to detail, pride in presentation, and guest satisfaction are at the core of what we do.
