They are located just 5 minutes from the A33 and M4 making it easy to commute too from local areas Shinfield, Arborfield, Swallowfield, Wokingham and Earley.About the RoleThey are looking for a Room Manager to join the team this could be suitable for an experience Early years educator looking for their next step up or a new challenge and has a passion for the outdoors!ResponsibilitiesSupport the Nursery Manager in delivering high-quality early years care and education.Create a safe, stimulating and organised environment for children to thrive.Lead and inspire a team of practitioners.Ensure best practice and safeguarding standards are maintained.Contribute to providing an outstanding experience for both children and families.Pay range and compensation package£32,045 to £34,255 per annum dependent on qualifications and experience. 42.5 hour per week between 7.30am-6pm.BenefitsCompetitive salary.Discounted childcare.Company pension scheme.Employee discount scheme.Health and wellbeing support.Career progression opportunities within a growing childcare group.About you....QualificationsRecognised Level 3 Childcare qualification (essential).English GCSE or Level 2 Functional skillsPrevious experience within an early year or nursery setting.Required SkillsCaring, enthusiastic and passionate about supporting children's development.Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.A clear and up-to-date Enhanced DBS check, or willingness to obtain one.Equal Opportunity StatementTinies is an equal opportunities employer.
