Spring Blue is committed to client satisfaction through reliable manpower, strong operations support, and consistently clean, safe environments.Role Description The Rope Access Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The technician will perform rope access operations for façade and high-rise cleaning, including window and external surface cleaning on commercial, residential, and hospitality buildings. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting up and inspecting rope access equipment, following work-at-height safety procedures, conducting visual inspections of building exteriors, and reporting any defects or hazards. The role involves close coordination with supervisors and site teams, adherence to company safety standards and ISO-certified procedures, and accurate completion of job-related documentation. The technician is expected to maintain professional conduct with clients, care for company equipment, and support other cleaning tasks as required.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Rope Access and Work at Height / Working at Height skills, with proven experience in high-rise or façade operations.Candidates should possess Window Cleaning skills, including high-rise glass and façade cleaning techniques using rope access or related systems.Candidates should possess Inspection skills for equipment, anchor points, and building exteriors, with the ability to identify hazards and report issues clearly.IRATA certification or equivalent rope access qualification is highly preferred.Sound understanding of safety standards, PPE use, and risk assessment for work at height.Physical fitness and the ability to work in outdoor, high-rise environments under varying weather conditions.Basic English communication skills for coordination, reporting, and following written safety procedures.Previous experience in façade cleaning, industrial cleaning, or building maintenance in the UAE is an advantage.
