Rigorous QHSE standards and robust technical capabilities enable Grako to protect asset value, support operational continuity, and deliver consistently in demanding environments.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Rope Access Technician role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Rope Access Technician will perform high-level façade cleaning, maintenance, and inspection tasks on commercial and high-rise structures using industrial rope access and other access systems. Responsibilities include setting up and operating rope access equipment, following safe work at height procedures, and completing window cleaning, minor repairs, and installations as required. The role involves conducting visual inspections, documenting findings, and reporting any defects or safety concerns to supervisors. The technician will work closely with team members to execute jobs efficiently, adhere to QHSE standards, and ensure minimal disruption to building operations.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Rope Access skills, including safe use of industrial rope systems and related equipment.Candidates should possess Working at Height / Work at Height skills, with solid knowledge of fall protection and safety procedures.Candidates should possess Window Cleaning skills for high-level façade and glass surface cleaning.Candidates should possess Inspection skills for identifying defects, documenting conditions, and supporting maintenance decisions.Relevant certifications such as IRATA or equivalent rope access qualifications are highly beneficial.Experience in façade maintenance, building services, or industrial cleaning at height is an advantage.Ability to follow QHSE guidelines, read and understand work instructions, and complete basic reports is required.Physical fitness, a high level of situational awareness, and the ability to work safely in all weather conditions are essential.
