Your responsibilities include:Logistic Laureate: Manage staffing across our OSHC services in four states of Australia. You're the one who makes sure the math adds up so the fun can continue!Emergency Hero: When a staff member is sick, you're the one who saves the day by planning for the perfect backupGreat Communicator: You'll be the bridge between our Educators, managers, and stakeholders, keeping everyone in the loopSolution Superstar: Use your "can-do" attitude to tackle changes, knowing you have a supportive network of colleagues in your cornerWhat You Bring to the MixNo child care experience? No worries! We value your people skills and organisational skills above all else. This is a people role, so if you've worked in rostering or people workflow before, you'll know people in child care are the same as people everywhere!
