Specializing in the foodservice industry, Havi provides innovative supply chain and logistics solutions, including analytics, planning, distribution, and freight management.Havi’s diverse teams collaborate seamlessly across locations and functions, embodying a spirit of integrity and creativity to serve their customers in the best way possible.Your new RoleThe RPA Developer & AI Automation will be responsible for designing, building, deploying, and maintaining production-grade Robotic Process Automation solutions across the organization, ensuring that Automation is embedded throughout the delivery lifecycle.This person will combine strong technical expertise in RPA and Software Engineering with Governance and Security awareness, enabling them to deliver scalable, reliable, and compliant Automation solutions.This role will collaborate closely with Solution Architects, Process Owners, Data teams, business stakeholders, and external partners to ensure efficient, secure, and high-performing Automation solutions across the enterprise.The RPA Developer & AI Automation will:Design, develop and deploy scalable, end-to-end Automation solutions (using UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate), translating business requirements into robust and maintainable workflows;Integrate Automations with enterprise systems (APIs, Databases, SAP, CRM/ERP, Outlook and SharePoint), ensuring reliability through best practices (error handling, queue management, logging, and reusability);Apply strong software engineering and DevOps practices, including modular design, code quality, version control, and CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and controlled releases;Embed Security, Compliance, and Governance principles (by design, ensuring proper credential management, role-based access, audit trails, and Data protection);Monitor, maintain, and optimize Automations in production, ensuring high performance, reliability, and continuous improvement, while supporting incident management;Collaborate with architects and cross-functional teams, to contribute to reusable frameworks, and provide technical guidance to support standardization, scalability, and adoption of Automation solutions.A typical day will include designing and developing Automations, integrating systems, supporting deployments, monitoring Automation performance, troubleshooting incidents, and collaborating with stakeholders to improve and scale Automation solutions.What you will need to succeedAs a RPA Developer & AI Automation, you will need:Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field;Certifications in RPA or Automation platforms (including UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer, Microsoft PL-500, PL-400 or PL-900 – would be a plus);+5 years of experience in Software Development or RPA Delivery;3 years of hands-on experience building production-grade Automations in UiPath;Experience working with RPA Platforms and Automation Frameworks (UiPath – Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework, Microsoft Power Automate, Cloud and Desktop Flows);Experience in Solution Design and Development of Automation workflows, integrating with enterprise systems (applications, Databases, APIs, SAP and CRM/ERP platforms), within change management, release management, or IT service management environments;Strong expertise in building resilient, scalable Automation solutions, including error handling, queue processing, logging, reusable components, and solid software engineering practices (modular design, version control, testing and CI/CD);Understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance in Automation (security controls, audit trails), combined with familiarity in DevSecOps and secure practices (IAM, credential management and integrations);Knowledge of Cloud and DevOps practices (Azure preferred), including CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions) and environment management (Dev/Test/Prod);Excellent communication skills – Fluency in English.What the Company can offer youHave the opportunity to join a cross-functional team in an international company with a multicultural working environment!Next StepsIf you are interested in this opportunity, please send us your updated CV.
