Our client is seeking an RPA Engineer to join a growing technology-driven organization focused on process automation and operational efficiency. This is a full-time, fully remote opportunity for an experienced developer who enjoys building scalable automation solutions, improving business processes, and working across a variety of enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on RPA development experience and a passion for delivering high-quality automation initiatives. U.S. work authorization is required. No visa sponsorship is available at this time.Job Title: RPA DeveloperLocation: Remote (U.S.-based)Compensation: Up to $110k +10% BonusResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deploy scalable robotic process automation (RPA) solutions for enterprise business processesBuild automation workflows with a focus on maintainability, reusability, and long-term scalabilitySupport existing automation processes through troubleshooting, enhancements, and production supportCollaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and implement automation solutionsIntegrate automated workflows with internal and external systems through APIs and other integration methodsParticipate in testing, deployment, and validation efforts to ensure successful automation deliveryMaintain technical documentation and support change management proceduresIdentify opportunities for process improvement and automation across the organizationRequired Skills & Experience3+ years of hands-on experience developing solutions with RPA platforms such as Automation Anywhere, UiPath, or Blue PrismStrong experience with Automation Anywhere A360 preferredExperience working with Control Room functionality, including credential management, bot deployment, and queue managementExperience integrating applications and services through APIsStrong SQL and relational database experienceAbility to create and maintain technical documentation and design artifactsExperience working in Agile software development environmentsStrong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesAbility to work independently in a remote environmentPython and/or Selenium experience is a plusAdditional InformationRole is 100% remote within the United StatesNo travel requirementsMust be authorized to work in the United States.
