RPA/Power Automate Developer

We are looking for a RPA / Automation Developer to design and implement automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate, UiPath, or similar tools. The role focuses on improving operational efficiency by automating business processes and integrating systems across functions.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and deploy automation workflows using Power Automate (Desktop & Cloud) and/or UiPathAnalyze business processes and identify automation opportunitiesGather requirements from stakeholders and translate into technical solutionsBuild, test, and maintain RPA bots and workflowsIntegrate automation with APIs, databases, and enterprise systemsTroubleshoot and resolve issues in production botsMonitor bot performance and ensure reliabilityPrepare technical documentation and user guidesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to drive automation initiativesRequired Skills & Experience2–5 years of experience in RPA / Automation developmentHands-on experience with:Microsoft Power Automate (Desktop & Cloud)UiPath / Automation Anywhere / similar toolsStrong understanding of automation lifecycle and workflow designExperience with API integration (REST/JSON)Working knowledge of SQL / databasesBasic programming/scripting skills (Python, C#, JavaScript, or similar)Strong problem-solving and analytical skillsEducational RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fieldPreferred QualificationsCertification in Microsoft Power Platform / UiPathExperience in Banking, Telecom, FMCG, or BPO sectorsFamiliarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)Knowledge of AI-driven automation or low-code platformsKey CompetenciesBusiness process understandingCommunication & stakeholder managementAttention to detailAbility to work independently and in teams
