Company Description Sonoran Sleep Center is a comprehensive sleep clinic and laboratory dedicated to diagnosing and treating a wide range of sleep disorders. A multidisciplinary team collaborates to provide individualized care plans and evidence-based treatments. Role Description The RPGST at Sonoran Sleep Center is a full-time or part time on-site role based in Glendale, AZ. This role involves preparing patients for sleep studies, explaining procedures, and ensuring comfort and safety throughout testing. The RPGST will set up and calibrate equipment, apply sensors, monitor sleep data in real time, and document observations according to clinic protocols. Day-to-day tasks include scoring studies, generating preliminary reports for review, maintaining clean and functional work areas, and communicating effectively with patients, clinical staff, and supervising providers.Qualifications RSPGTStrong skills in sleep study setup, monitoring, and scoringKnowledge of sleep physiology, common sleep disorders, and standard diagnostic procedures used in sleep laboratories.Ability to operate, troubleshoot, and maintain polysomnographic and related diagnostic equipment in a clinical setting.Clear communication, professional bedside manner, and the ability to work with individuals of diverse backgrounds.mAttention to detail, accurate documentation practices, and adherence to clinical protocols, safety guidelines, and confidentiality requirements.Ability to work overnight as needed for sleep studies and to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary clinical team.High school diploma or equivalent required; completion of an accredited sleep technology or allied health program preferred.CPR certification may be done on site.
