RPTO InstructorLocation: Chennai, Tamil NaduExperience: 3–5 YearsEmployment Type: Full-TimeWork Mode: Work from OfficeIndustry: Drone / UAV / RPTOJob SummaryWe are looking for an experienced RPTO Instructor to join our team and conduct professional drone pilot training as per applicable DGCA and RPTO guidelines.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct theoretical and practical drone pilot training sessions.Train students on drone operations, flight procedures, safety and regulations.Conduct practical flying sessions and evaluate trainee performance.Prepare and maintain training records, flight logs and related documentation.Ensure training is conducted in accordance with DGCA/RPTO requirements.Support examinations, assessments and student evaluations.Ensure proper implementation of flight safety procedures during training.Coordinate with the RPTO and operations team for training schedules and activities.Required Qualifications & Skills3–5 years of relevant experience in drone/UAV operations and training.TTT (Train-the-Trainer) Certificate – Mandatory.Strong knowledge of drone operations and flight safety.Knowledge of DGCA drone regulations and RPTO training requirements.Good communication and presentation skills.Ability to handle classroom and practical flight training.Strong documentation and reporting skills.Willingness to conduct field-based practical training.PreferredExperience as a Drone Pilot / Instructor / RPTO Trainer.Experience in conducting DGCA-aligned drone pilot training.Valid and relevant drone pilot certification/licence.Immediate joiners preferred.What We OfferOpportunity to work in the growing UAV/Drone industry.Exposure to professional drone training and operations.Opportunity to work with a dynamic aerospace team.
