RTO Team Leader

The RTO Team Leader is responsible for leading and managing Cainiao DTO and related reverse logistics operations, with primary accountability for inbound receiving, quality control, appointment-based packing, self-pickup handling, exception management, and outbound coordination.The role ensures that all shipments are processed accurately, efficiently, and in full compliance with Cainiao and internal SOP requirements. The RTO Team Leader will supervise warehouse labor, coordinate with downstream hubs and clients, manage operational exceptions, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely issue escalation and closure.The position may also support other RTO operational processes, including sort-to-outbound activities, based on business needs and internal rotation arrangements.
