Ruby on Rails Developer

Project Overview: UAE-based leading expense management fintech platform serving 2,000+ businesses globally. The role focuses on Level 2 technical support, resolution of complex incidents, and continuous improvement of platform architecture and performance.Key Responsibilities: Provide Level 2 technical support and resolve complex customer-facing issues.Develop immediate hotfixes and implement long-term architectural enhancements.Analyze software architecture and codebase to identify and resolve critical system issues.Collaborate with engineering teams to improve platform stability and performance.Troubleshoot production incidents and provide sustainable solutions.Requirements: Minimum 4 years of professional software development experience.Strong expertise in Ruby and Ruby on Rails.Experience with SQL databases and Kafka Streaming.Hands-on experience with AWS services.Strong debugging, code analysis, and software architecture skills.Nice to Have: Node.js, NestJS, and TypeScript experience.Please share CVs to surya.s@stancosolutions.com
