Responsibilities

Own technical direction and architecture decisions within the Rails applicationDesign, build, and maintain scalable backend services and RESTful APIsOptimise background job processing using SidekiqHelp improve onboarding scalability and reduce backend delivery bottlenecksIdentify technical risks early and balance trade-offs between speed, quality, and scopeCollaborate within a cross-functional product squadSupport and mentor engineers through technical leadership and problem-solving

Key Requirements
