The organization is built on the core values of security, transparency, and trust.Role Description The Russian-Arabic Escrow Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in the United Arab Emirates. This role is responsible for managing escrow transactions involving Russian- and Arabic-speaking clients, ensuring that all contractual conditions are met before funds are disbursed. Daily activities include preparing and reviewing escrow instructions and documentation, coordinating with buyers, sellers, agents, and financial institutions, and overseeing closings for residential real estate and other high-value transactions. The Escrow Officer will verify compliance with local regulations, maintain accurate records, and support notarial processes as required. The role also involves delivering responsive customer service, explaining escrow procedures clearly in Russian, Arabic, and English, and helping clients navigate secure, transparent transactions from initiation to completion.Qualifications Strong escrow operations skills, including experience with escrow account management and transactional compliance.Proficiency in closings and residential real estate processes, with the ability to coordinate all parties and documentation efficiently.Knowledge of notary procedures and the ability to support notarization requirements within UAE regulatory frameworks.Demonstrated customer service skills, with a client-centered approach and the ability to handle sensitive, high-value transactions.Fluency in Russian and Arabic, with strong professional proficiency in English (spoken and written).Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work accurately under time constraints.Familiarity with UAE real estate and transactional regulations; prior experience in banking, legal, or escrow services is an advantage.Proficient in using digital platforms and documentation tools; comfortable working with secure online transaction systems.Bachelor’s degree in business, law, finance, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience in escrow or real estate.
