Pay: 12,000.00 (AED) - 15,000.00 (AED) per monthJob description:Atton Accounting and Consulting located in Dubai is looking experienced Russian and English speaking Accountant to join our dynamic team. This position involves working closely with Russian & European businesses that have an international presence and operate in various industries, ranging from small and medium-sized enterprises to large corporations.As a key member of our team, you will provide expert advice on accounting, tax planning, business structure, and support complex accounting and tax tasks. You will also have the opportunity to lead client meetings, deliver presentations, and conduct in-house training.If you are not well familiar with the UAE tax system - training would be provided within our company.Key Responsibilities:Client Meetings & Consultations:Act as a primary point of contact for Russian clients with international operations.Meet with clients to understand their business needs, operations, and challenges.Offer tailored accounting and tax advice to optimize their financial performance and ensure compliance with both Russian and international tax laws.Assist clients with interpreting financial data and providing insights for decision-making.Work with accountants to establish accounting records and tax records for FTA purposes.Assist with the preparation of financial statements, consolidation, and reporting in compliance with GAAP and IFRS.Manage risk and compliance related to accounting practices and tax reporting.Requirements:Education: A degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field. A professional accounting qualification is preferred.Experience: At least 3 years of experience in accounting and tax planning, with a focus on Russian businesses operating internationally.Technical Skills: Proficient in accounting software (e.g., 1C, ZOHO, or TALLY) and Microsoft Office Suite such as MS Excel etc.Language: Fluent in Russian and conversational EnglishTeamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with teams members, clients, and stakeholders.Job Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):Do you speak Russian?Do you have at least 3 years accounting and bookkeeping experience?Work Location: In person
