DentGen Dental & Aesthetic Clinic | Jumeirah 1, DubaiDentGen Dental & Aesthetic Clinic is looking for an experienced Russian-speaking Aesthetic Doctor / Aesthetic GP to join our medical aesthetics department under a revenue-share / commission-based model.This is not a traditional fixed-salary position.We are looking for an ambitious aesthetic doctor who wants the opportunity to build and grow their own practice within a premium clinic in one of Dubai’s most established locations.The OpportunityDentGen is located on Al Wasl Road, Jumeirah 1, Dubai, providing the doctor with a premium clinical environment and access to one of Dubai’s key residential and lifestyle areas.We provide the clinical infrastructure, treatment environment and operational support.The doctor earns through an attractive performance-based revenue-share structure, allowing earning potential to grow directly with performance and patient volume.Doctors who already have an established patient following, professional network or strong personal brand in Dubai are particularly encouraged to apply.What We Offer

• Russian-speaking Aesthetic Doctor / Aesthetic GP
• Valid DHA license or DHA eligibility
• Professional working proficiency in English
• Proven hands-on experience in aesthetic medicine
• Strong consultation and patient-conversion skills
• Excellent patient communication and relationship management
• Professional, ethical and patient-focused approach
• Dubai/UAE aesthetic experience strongly preferred
• Existing Dubai patient portfolio or referral network is a major advantage
