We are searching for Senior Rust specialists to join one of our well established and highly regarded Digital Assets focused trading firmsYou'll be working on building low latency trading infrastructure, matching & execution engines, OMS and more, while working deep within the systems levelResponsibilities Build and own OMSDesign and optimise Feed Handlers to process market dataLow level networking codingSocket management and Kernel bypass techniquesHandle and optimise exchange connectivity across FIX, websocket and proprietary protocolsManage latency profiling and implementing continuous performance improvementsRequirements Direct experience with Feed Handlers &/Or OMS &/OR strategy logicStrong Rust (bonus points for both async and non-asynchLow level network socket programming experienceFIX Protocol experienceTradfi or institutional crypto trading business experience
