Team members work closely with clients to build technology that drives measurable business impact and long-term growth.Role Description As a Rust Developer at Mantiq Technologies Limited, you will design, implement, and maintain high-performance backend services and applications using Rust. You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, primarily for ERPs, custom applications, and dashboards. Daily responsibilities include writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code, reviewing code from peers, optimizing performance, and ensuring reliability and security of deployed systems. You will also participate in architecture discussions, contribute to continuous improvement of development processes, and support integration with existing systems and third-party services. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai.Qualifications Strong proficiency in Rust programming for backend services, including experience with common Rust frameworks, libraries, and tooling.Knowledge of software architecture and design patterns, with experience building scalable APIs, microservices, and data-driven applications.Familiarity with relational and/or NoSQL databases, query optimization, and data modeling for ERPs or business applications.Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps practices for building, testing, and deploying applications.Understanding of secure coding practices, performance tuning, and debugging in production environments.Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, communicate clearly, and participate in code reviews and technical discussions.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Experience with agile development methodologies and an interest in building enterprise solutions such as ERPs and dashboards is highly beneficial.
