Job Description :-Key ResponsibilitiesLead and deliver supply chain transformation engagements across planning / sourcing / manufacturing domainsDrive process improvement, cost optimization, and operational efficiency initiatives for clientsWork closely with client leadership to define supply chain strategies and roadmapsLead diagnostics, solution design, and implementation of supply chain best practicesManage client relationships and act as a trusted advisor on supply chain mattersOversee project delivery, ensuring timelines, quality, and stakeholder alignmentMentor and guide team members, ensuring capability developmentSupport business development efforts including proposals, client pitches, and solutioningKey skills requiredEducational Background:Bachelor’s degree in EngineeringMBA from Tier I / Tier II institutesExperience:7–12 years of relevant experience in supply chain consulting or industryPrior experience with Big 4 / leading consulting firms preferredHands-on experience in following areas:Demand / Supply PlanningProcurement / Strategic SourcingManufacturing / Shopfloor operationsCore CompetenciesStrong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processesExperience in supply chain transformation / digital initiativesExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesAbility to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environmentPreferred SkillsExposure to supply chain tools/platformsExperience in industries such as Automotive, Industrial Manufacturing, Consumer Products, Metals and Mining, Cement, Chemicals, Pharma etc.Prior experience in large-scale transformation programsLeadership Expectations (Manager / AD)Lead project workstreams and ensure high-quality deliveryBuild and maintain strong client relationshipsContribute to practice building and knowledge developmentDrive team performance and engagement
