Job Description: SaaS AdministratorEducation RequirementsA Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related discipline preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experienceRelevant Experience and Other RequirementsMinimum 2 years experience as a SaaS Administrator with full-lifecycle implementations on any of these Coupa products: (i) Procurement (ii) Sourcing (iii) Invoice and; (iv) Supplier Information ManagementKnowledge and experience on Oracle ERP IntegrationsKnowledge on tools for issue tracking such as JIRAKnowledge and experience in using Coupa Success PortalKnowledge and experience in using Coupa CommunityFamiliarity with the applicability of Hybrid Integration Platform when integrating SaaS applications and Oracle EBSKnowledge and experience on SFTP integrationProficient with Microsoft Office SuitePrior technical support experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiencesExcellent analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, time management, and organizational skillsProven ability to interact well with all levels of the enterpriseWell-developed knowledge and understanding of relevant business administration, operational policies relevant work program and concepts, procedures and practices
