Safety & Quality Specialist (Tamheer)

About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated Tamheer trainee to join our Safety & Compliance Department as a Safety & Quality Specialist (Tamheer). This opportunity will provide valuable practical exposure to safety documentation, risk assessments, audits and inspections, management systems, and compliance activities within a professional aviation environment.

Responsibilities

Assist in managing the Safety Documentation for ProjectsAssist in conducting Safety Risk Assessment Workshops.Assist in facilitating Safety & Quality Audits and inspections for.Assist in maintaining Safety & Quality records, reports, and documentation for the Safety Management System (SMS) & the Quality Management System (QMS).Assist in ensuring compliance with Quality and Safety standards across NERA.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.

Communication skills.Team working skills.Time management skills.Effective verbal and written communication skills.Ability to prepare reports, presentations, and records.Preferred Skills:Computer Skills: Microsoft Power BI – Dashboard Development and Data Visualization.The applicant must be eligible for the Tamheer Program and should not have GOSI registration for the past six months.
