Safety & Security Manager

We are looking for an experienced Safety & Security Manager to oversee on-site security operations, supervise security personnel, and ensure compliance with safety and security regulations within a large, high-traffic facility.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise, schedule, and manage on-site security teams across all shifts.Ensure compliance with safety and security regulations, internal policies, and Civil Defense requirements.Identify high-risk situations and implement preventive measures to reduce incidents and protect property.Monitor the effectiveness, maintenance, and readiness of security equipment and systems.Coordinate emergency response, provide first aid when required, and liaise with emergency services.Conduct safety and security training for security personnel.Prepare incident reports, maintain accurate records, and recommend operational improvements.Coordinate with government authorities and ensure all required permits and certificates remain valid.Monitor team performance and ensure the completion of assigned tasks.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Safety Engineering, or a related field.7+ years of experience in safety and security management, preferably in malls, commercial complexes, or large facilities.At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.Experience managing security teams, equipment, compliance processes, and emergency situations.Strong knowledge of local safety and security regulations and Civil Defense requirements.Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent are preferred.Strong leadership, risk assessment, decision-making, and communication skills.Proficiency in security systems and reporting tools.Arabic and English proficiency is preferred.📩 Interested candidates are invited to apply or share their CV.#Hiring #SafetyAndSecurity #SecurityManager #SafetyManagement #RiyadhJobs #SaudiArabia
