With over 145 years of service excellence, we combine the precision and accuracy that define Swiss companies to help organizations achieve the highest standards of quality, compliance and sustainability.Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Safety Consultant with strong Process Safety expertise to join our team.The ideal candidate will have a solid background in HSE and the ability to provide practical, risk-based safety solutions across industrial operations.Key responsibilities & capabilities:Lead and support Process Safety Management (PSM) activitiesFacilitate HAZID, HAZOP, LOPA and Bow-Tie studiesConduct process safety and HSE risk assessmentsSupport Major Accident Hazard (MAH) risk managementDevelop and review safety management systems and proceduresConduct process safety audits, gap assessments and compliance reviewsSupport Management of Change (MOC) and operational risk managementLead or support incident investigations and root cause analysisDevelop safety performance indicators and assurance programsProvide technical safety advice to clients and project teamsDeliver safety training, coaching and competency developmentQualificationsDegree or relevant qualification in Engineering, HSE, Process Safety or a related disciplineProven experience in HSE / Process Safety, preferably within oil & gas, petrochemical, energy, chemical or other high-hazard industriesStrong practical knowledge of PSM principles and risk assessment methodologiesExperience with HAZOP/HAZID, LOPA, Bow-Tie and process safety studiesStrong communication, consulting and stakeholder-management skillsProfessional certifications such as NEBOSH, CSP, CFSE, TÜV Functional Safety or equivalent are an advantage
