Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized Safety Executive to join our BEEAH Al Ain team. This role is responsible for inspecting operational sites, identifying unsafe practices, and ensuring compliance with company safety policies, client requirements, and legal HSSE standards. Your work will help maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain workshop documentation, records, certifications, and filing systems. Assist the HSE Manager in identifying hazards and implementing control measures.Monitor employee compliance with client safety policies and company procedures.Conduct daily HSE inspections across workshops, parking lots, yards, and offices, reporting and following up on non-conformities.Inspect contractor activities and ensure safety standards are met within Bee’ah premises.Conduct HSE inspections in labor accommodations, including kitchens and dining halls.Conduct mock drills and scheduled fire extinguisher inspections.Assist in preparing incident investigation reports and ensure timely reporting of incidents and hazards.Follow up with hospitals and health authorities on work-related accidents, providing support to injured employees.Coordinate with insurance companies on workmen compensation claims.Provide HSSE induction for new joiners and visitors.Conduct toolbox talks and HSE-related training sessions as needed.Supervise and manage security guards and office facilities teams.Perform and record quarterly OHSE inspections of equipment and power tools.Maintain HSSE records and prepare weekly/monthly statistics and performance reports.Conduct internal OSHE audits as required.Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in any discipline3–7 years’ experience as a Safety Inspector/Officer/HSSE OfficerNEBOSH IGC / IOSH certificate, ISO 45001 Internal Auditor, or other HSE certifications preferredExperience in waste management or facilities management is an advantageSkills:Incident/accident investigationFirst aidHSSE auditing and reportingPresentation skillsKnowledge of BCM, OSHAD SF, OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001 management systemsFacilities and accommodation managementStrong communication skills in English; Hindi/Urdu/Arabic requiredProficiency in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint)Flexibility to work in shifts, including nights
