Safety Inspector - CIVIL

We are looking for experienced Safety Officers / Safety Inspectors to join our building construction projects in the UAE. Only candidates with proven UAE experience on the main contractor side will be considered.Industry: Building Construction (High-rise & Villas)Experience: Minimum 3–7 years in UAE construction projects

Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulationsMonitor and enforce HSE policies and procedures on sitePerform risk assessments and implement corrective actionsPrepare and submit safety reports and documentation to managementConduct toolbox talks and safety training for site personnelInvestigate incidents, accidents, and near misses and recommend preventive measuresLiaise with main contractor management to maintain high safety standards

Requirements

Proven UAE experience in building construction projects on main contractor sideIn-depth knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and safety standardsAbility to work across high-rise and villa construction projectsStrong communication and reporting skills in English (Arabic is a plus)Relevant HSE certifications preferred (NEBOSH, OSHA, etc.)
