Safety Officer

We are seeking a Safety Officer in:(Riyadh - Jeddah - Yanbu - Abha)Responsibilities:• Ensure compliance with company HSE policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.• Conduct regular safety inspections of fleet yards, workshops, operational sites, and transportation activities.• Investigate incidents, accidents, near misses, and prepare detailed reports with corrective actions.• Conduct risk assessments and implement preventive safety measures.• Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and safety awareness training for drivers and employees.• Monitor PPE compliance and emergency preparedness.• Maintain safety records, reports, and documentation.• Support the implementation of HSE programs and continuous improvement initiatives.• Coordinate with operations and fleet teams to ensure a safe working environment.• Monitor driver safety performance and compliance with road safety requirements.Requirements:• Diploma or bachelor's degree in occupational health & safety, Engineering, or a related field.• Minimum 2 years of experience in HSE or Safety roles.• Experience in transportation, logistics, fleet operations, heavy equipment, or industrial sectors is preferred.• NEBOSH, IOSH, or OSHA certification is preferred.• Strong knowledge of incident investigation, risk assessment, and safety compliance.• Good communication and reporting skills.• Valid driving license is preferred.
