Safety OfficerDepartment: QEHS / OperationsReports To: EHS ManagerLocation: Jubail, Dammam, Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaJob SummaryWe are seeking a qualified and motivated Saudi EHS Officer with valid SEC approval to join our Quality & Safety team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and monitoring health, safety, and environmental policies across project sites to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards. The role requires identifying workplace hazards, promoting a strong safety culture, conducting safety training, and supporting project teams in maintaining a safe working environment.Key Responsibilities• Identify and assess workplace safety hazards• Implement and monitor project safety procedures• Conduct safety training and awareness sessions• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards• Support project teams in maintaining a safe working environment• Prepare safety reports and attend project meetingsQualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Health and Safety or any related discipline.Minimum 3 years of experience in EHS or related field.NEBOSH certification is required.ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 knowledge or Lead Auditor certification is preferred.SEC approval is a plus.Saudi nationalitySkills & CompetenciesGood knowledge of EHS regulations, standards, and safe work practices.Experience in risk assessment, audits, and incident prevention.Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple site activities effectively.Proficient in Microsoft Office and EHS reporting systems.
