Safety Planner

Industry: Oil & GasWe are looking for an experienced Safety Planner to join our Oil & Gas operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating Preventive Maintenance (PM) activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards and supporting a strong safety culture across the site.Key Responsibilities:Plan and schedule Preventive and Corrective Maintenance activitiesCoordinate with Safety Technicians to ensure timely execution of PM tasksMonitor and track performance measures related to maintenance activitiesMaintain accurate records and documentation using SAP and other business systemsSupport audits and inspections related to safety readinessQualifications & Experience:High School CertificateMinimum 3 years' experience in Occupational Health & SafetyMinimum 1 year experience in the Oil & Gas fieldNEBOSH certificate or equivalentProven experience as a Technical Planner/SchedulerStrong understanding of Safety Technician roles & responsibilitiesSkills:Computer literate, with knowledge of SAP and common business software applicationsGood command of Microsoft Office toolsSolid understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance systemsGood understanding of the working and correct usage of different types of safety equipmentGood communication skills in EnglishStrong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a teamAdaptable to multinational, multicultural work environments
