Safety Supervisor

Maintain the HSE management system per ISO 45001:2018.Implement and review OH&S objectives.Support the HSE Supervisor and HR in identifying legal requirements.Communicate HSE policies and procedures to workers.Conduct hazard identification and risk assessment.Assist in establishing emergency preparedness.Request resources for effective OH&S management.Conduct orientation training on safety rules and regulations.Participate in internal and external audits.Investigate non-conformities, accidents, and incidents.Implement corrective and preventive actions.Analyze accident/incident statistics and suggest improvements.Conduct in-house safety training and audits on subcontractors.Maintain HSE documents and records.Provide safety support and advice for contract start-up activities.Collect data for management review.
